The Planning Inspector issued his decision on the Beecher’s appeal on the 5th January. The appeal has been dismissed and the Mews block will now have to be demolished. The Inspector extended the time for this to be completed from 7 months to 12 months.

This decision is a testament to the enforcement case we first presented to the Council over 5 years ago with the support of local residents.
