The High Court judgement on the appeal against the decision of the Planning Inspector to uphold the Planning Enforcement Notice issued for 1 Quarry High Street (also known as Quarry Mews) was handed down on 1 August 2025.
Both grounds of the appeal were dismissed. The Enforcement Notice therefore stands, meaning that the building must be demolished within the 12 month deadline outlined by the Planning Inspector.
