On February 10th. The Friends of Quarry threw a wine and cheese p
arty at the Coach House.
All the tickets were sold and despite the snow and ice the evening was a great success. Pete Joshua kindly played his guitar throughout the evening and this created a pleasant, relaxed ambience. We were very grateful to him. People said how much they had enjoyed catching up with neighbours and seeing members in an atmosphere less formal than that of the AGM.
Hopefully this will b
ecome an annual event to cheer us up in the dark days of February.
